The Kartoffel Clan was formed in December 1999 by OL and Conjan. The clan is just getting better and better, and we are now 10 members. Originally KC was only a Rogue Spear clan, but now it's mostly a Counter-Strike clan. All KC's come from a town called Grimstad in southern Norway.

The clan was formed after several LAN-gatherings. Still we in KC often play with each other over LAN in the weekends or in holidays and have a great time together. Lately we have divided our clan into two teams on LANs, TnT & C4. We play matches against each other, and develop strategies. This has helped us a lot, and made our LANs much more exciting!!

All members, except Ladykiller, go to the same school - Dahlske Videregående Skole. Here we inform each other about matches, tournaments, our homepage... etc.

As I've already told you, we live in Grimstad, and this is a great place to live as a CS player. The kickass clan CoL is also a Grimstad clan, and we are good friends with the CoL members. X-Pec, the leader of the Norwegean Clanbase ladder, is from Arendal, our neighbour town. We have met both them and CoL at local LAN gatherings. They are better clans than us, but we love playing with them =) Our worst enemy comes from Grimstad too, they are called DS (or GoDS), and we are rival clans. (Message to any DS who reads this: You don't wanna fuck with us =))

In the early summer 2000, almost every clan member played a lot on the internet, mostly CS. Therefore we decided to join Clanbase. After some tough losses in the first matches, we now compete among the 15 best Norwegean Counter-Strike clans. Our members have improved their skills a lot, and believe me.... soon, when we have developed some real kick ass strategies, we will be among the top ten clans in Norway.
